Lil boosieWhy PF get such a bad rep
fukk you comradeI don't take fitness advice
from anyone that is weaker than myself.
Like @xXMASHERXXx said, good luck with your fitness goals moving forward.
fukk you comrade
So I have a question, why do you believe either of those things would happen? Why is 45 lbs the magic number to keep that from happening? That's why I just said good luck. From the responses you have had, it's obvious that you are new to lifting and have some strong opinions without any supporting evidence. I see others have tried to explain and you responded exactly like I expected. So once again, good luck in your fitness journey.I just haven’t fam lol
I know heavy weight light reps can keep me shredded/cut but I just feel like shyt would be unproductive or turn me bulky.

I simply said that in response to them being capped at 75. I was just saying I used the 45s as to say I didn’t know they capped them at 75 lol you misunderstood meSo I have a question, why do you believe either of those things would happen? Because people are followers. The average person only needs Planet Fitness to stay in good shape but it's the trend to shyt on PF even though you can build a great physique there for cheap. Why PF get such a bad rep

If you actually know what you are doing, you can build a good foundation. Sam Sulek juiced up ass films there sometimes so if he can get a good workout in, the average man can.
Post your physique. And when’s the last time you been to PF.Disagreed.
The average person in America is so outta shape they're gonna need a lot more than a "fitness center" with no free weights, a bias against serious lifters, and free food days to first get in and then stay in good shape.
The fact that you posted that a juicer films there sometimes (so not all the time? ) as if that's indicative of what the "average person" does or is capable of just shows your ignorance on this topic.
this doesnt make any senseDisagreed

He's showing his ignorance but I want the brother to post his physique so I can see if he really too good for a PF.this doesnt make any sense
PF is obviously trash for serious lifters, but how does it not have enough for the average american to get in shape? all that 80% of people need is a treadmill, dumbbells, some cable/smith machines, and do pushups/situps at home
