I know the impetus behind this thread thank u.But if you bothered to read there was a poster asking why lost wasnt on the list when season3 and 4 were arguably better than the 2.S o by that one can only point to season 5 and even that doesnt exactly fall in line with the genesis behind this thread..It was just a bad seasonthe premise of the thread isn't shows that had bad seasons

Roseanne
In the early seasons the show was great, Roseanne was loveable yet sarcastic and funny.
by the middle of it's run when Roseanne got the plastic surgery and started looking like a native american, the show wasn't the same, she became a miserable, sarcastic bytch.
I also hated how in the middle of Boy Meets World's run it became the Corey and Topanga love fest, shyt was horrible. first 3 seasons were great.

Fresh Prince was like a bookend caricature of itself. Will was the fish outta water homeboy living in a snooty, preppy home. The middle seasons were much more normal. In season 5, Will became dumber and Carlton was long gone by this time with his cartoon antics.
Another show was Boy Meets World. Eric went from the cool kid to batshyt crazy.

After Palmer's assassination/Logan's takedown; the show got out of hand. You had African militants breaking into the White House, Tony coming back from the dead, and some other wild unrealistic things that I can't recall. But, it's still one of my GOAT shows.
