You gotta look for Jamaican dancehall artists. Someone like Vybz Kartel I imagine has a small white fanbase at most cause none of the euros would understand him.

Despite the flag I think People forget that Jamaica was literally a British colony until relatively recently and so the crossover with UK culture is huge.
