Just came bakk from the gym from being out of it for a year and 4 months. i originally posted in this thread when it first started and i was 103lbs. im 5'2.
i lost over 12lbs of muscle that i need to get bakk on me since not being in it.
i weighed myself today without shoes and im 119lbs.
i peaked at 132lbs 2 years ago with mostly muscles and the figure i wanted.
i was able to leg press 160lbs. today i couldnt even do 120. smfh
i let my muscle go. im so mad at myself.
i have to start over with my muscle leg strength and core strength.
but my arms were still there. i beat the shyt out that speed bag and heavy bag.

you need to work your stomach out while having something tighten your core.
waist trainer, bakk belt. something that will push in your extra skin while your muscles are pushing out the extra skin.
your mid section needs to sweat. the skin needs to contract while your muscles do.
itll take time. how old is your children now? sometimes it takes years for your stomach skin to contract bakk.
most famous people lie and get their stomach's tukked.. they dont naturally become flat again.
