What open world game have you spent the most time in?

I beat Witcher 3 like 5 times across 3 different platforms. Over 100 hrs each time easy. Haven't even tried the new patch/next gen update yet. Bury me in Skellige.

300+ hrs across 2 playthroughs = Elden Ring

220 hrs = Skyrim and Witcher 3

Horizon Zero Dawn, Oblivion, GTA Vice City, GTA V and Ghosts of Sushi are up there. Hard to play linear games once you get some good open world games

AC Odyssey was the first time I truly felt overwhelmed by an open world. Like I actually enjoyed playing the game and the story was good enough but good lord the massive map with a million icons and more side quests than anyone could ever ask for burnt me out on that game before I ever finished it
