Her song "Refill" was the only song she put out that made noise on Billboard but after that she faded. Her name is known in circles but lack of Billboard charting songs is why artists disappear from the spotlight.

False. "Back Up" went Platinum. "Hey There" went gold. "Me,You & Hennesy " was big. Add those solo songs with here prominent features and she was hot in clubs and everywhere in 2015.

But she stayed away and came back different. The Durk relationship garnered a Gold single for him with her but ppl just didn't buy it. People aint feeling her other stuff outside of the success of the Jacquees collab mixtatape, which was what people liked. The weird pop stuff just isn't good and her image is strange now.
