:heh: I gotta disagree here breh. Stefan Diggs cried all season about not getting the ball despite having over 100 catches and still had less yards than Aiyuk, what do you think he'll do here? And he's actually played just as well as Ja'marr Chase, actually has outplayed him the past 2 years with less targets, receptions, and lower drop rate. You might not want to admit it but Aiyuk could be a top 5 receiver breh. You don't just pluck them off of trees. If anything, we're fukkin around by not paying this man when we probably could have re-signed him for Calvin Ridley money :yeshrug:
Facts

Aiyuk should and eventually will get the bag from us. It’ll be expensive, but that’s the cost of doing business. All-Pro WRs don’t come cheap :manny:

That and out of all our weapons, Aiyuk’s the one most likely to be still playing at a high level in 3-5 years

Really? Umm you do know Chase was hurt quite a few times the past two seasons right :what:shyt so has Burrow. Aiyuk is nowhere on his level..
Allen is an interception machine and can't read defenses. So he'll yeah Diggs isn't going to look that good.

Take Deebo away and Aiyuk is pedestrian.

These players are soft AF. They would NEVER do what Kelce did to Reid. Somebody in the third quartershould've said RUN THE fukkING BALL YOU BIG EARED GOO TROOP!!!
who could have done that on the team, exactly?:gucci:
Because literally any black player does that shyt and he's buried by the media before he gets back on the field. Kittle too nice and Brock ain't got it locked down enough to pull that. You think McKivitz about to grab Kyle by the arm and make demands? :francis:
Kelce got away with that shyt because he's white and his girl could front half a club's purchase price up-front. No one else has that kind of sway. shyt, if Mahomes did that shyt he woulda gotten his mulatto wake-up call and he's literally the league's face.

I'm talking about their actual production.

This is Diggs the past 2 yrs
2022 16 games 108 receptions 1,429yds 13.2 avg.
2023 17 games 107 receptions 1,183yds 11.1 avg.

Here's all 3 seasons for Chase
2021 17 games81 receptions 1,455yds 18.0 avg.
2022 12 games 87 receptions 1,046yds 12.0 avg.
202316 games 100 receptions 1,216yds 12.2 avg.

Regardless of if he didn't have Burrow or not last year, he had him the year before and Aiyuk outgained him then. Last year Chase missed one game but still had 100 receptions. And was still behind Aiyuk who also missed a game and played with who a lot of people claim is a QB with a weak arm.

And come on breh, I know Allen threw a lot of picks but Diggs still had 100 receptions and had like 160 targets, what more does he want? He was also close to the top of the league in drops, where Aiyuk only had 2 for the season. Regardless, those 2 along with Aiyuk have had real similar production for the last couple of years. What are you going to replace it with. Because if you think about it, as much as Aiyuk struggles without Deebo, the same goes for Deebo without Aiyuk. That's just how our offense works, defenses just tilt towards our playmakers. I know that's a big wall of text but for real if you watch them all, I'd probably take Aiyuk at this point over all of them. The only problem with him is he doesn't get the ball enough, he's always open.

A true number doesn't disappear if the secondary receiver doesn't play. So paying him over 100M would be insane. You're the only one that thinks he's better than Chase.

Well that's ALWAYS been the problem with the majority of Black people in life general when it comes to whites. Being scary AF.

Who cares what the media says. shyt they always going to paint black people in a negative light whether they do something like that or not.

CMC is white and can speak up. But he won't. It's like the big elephant in the room is Kyle. Players or not people act like nothing is wrong. :francis:

I'm not saying he's better but the gap isn't big between them mainly given how our offense operates. I'm mainly saying that these past 2 yrs they've been looking real similar production-wise. I guess what I should say is that we would not utilize him to the point where it would be any significant difference him and Aiyuk. Unless we replaced Deebo with Chase or or Diggs, you're really just getting what we already have.

Right but the production is only similar due to injuries with Chase and Burrow. When both were healthy they looked unstoppable.

I just think you get way more with Chase. I've seen him take over games. You don't get that with Aiyuk. That's why I don't think you should pay him that astronomical contract. It would be a waste

...the last black person in the NFL to not be 'scary AF' ended up getting colluded clean out the league and cuz ain't put hands on no one, he just put knee to grass.
It isn't a media thing. They will get an 'uppity black player' clean up out the paint and refuse to pay them if we tried that bullshyt. And you know that.

Well I disagree because black players run the league. When it was all white it wasn't profitable. That's the other problem with 99% of black people is they don't stick together. So this is why this bullshyt continues to happen. When Colin did a knee, you had c00n fakkits like Cam Newton, Dak Prescott and the biggest c00n Shady McCoy against it. That's been a problem in general for decades. Ain't no way in hell the NFL will blacklist all black players especially the superstars if they banded together on an issue. NFL knows the profits would be shyt if they did.

Furthermore cuz I'm from Miami. Ask anyone white that has been to Miami and they'll tell you they hate it. Nobody kisses their funky asses. We'll put our foot in their ass in a heartbeat. I don't know about racism like people do in those southern Bible belt states and in NY and Boston without retaliation.

I actually see your point with that. Either way, he's gonna be a 25 plus million dollar receiver just based on his numbers alone. If we don't pay him, somebody else will. Question is, who do we replace him with? We can't trade for any of those guys you like.
