Legs, specifically quads & the torso (Clavicle area) & upper back area.....as a result I tend to front squat (2pps+) what other people Back squat:myman:

Shoulders and long arms form my size... I could skip shoulders for a month and still maintain size. Long arms helps us sub 6 feet brehs (5'10") appear taller :laugh:

Calves are solid as well

Be a fast twitch athlete brehs...

If you have strong shoulders but cannot build Your biceps, you might be extremely internally rotated at the shoulders. Stretch your shoulders and chest out before shoulder workouts. Do some rotator cuff external Rotations. Start doing single arm bicep curls heavy/light/ whatever just do them and get a good burn going(with good form)

my legs and my triceps. legs cause i always been fat and carried a lot of weight :russ: so they been looking brolic as fukk since i lost weight. my triceps are always huge tho whether im fat or not.

everything except chest...I don't know why my shyt wont grow in proportion to everything else...I'm like 25 everywhere else and 14 on my chest :to:
