That Star Wars nostalgia is strong as fukk because it has completely washed away the fact that Abrams shyt the bad monumentally with the last Star Trek movie. No one seems to be concerned at all that he might repeat some of the same Trek mistakes with Star Wars and it is kinda interesting considering if he was working on any other movie franchise I am sure the naysayers would be out in full effect.

Also because people have been saying since the first Trek that Abrams was more suited for Star Wars

if you had any problems with the star trek movies I bet they had to do with something in the script or in the story. Because as pieces of entertainment those movies were great.

Always disliked star trek and the new films didn't do much for me either. I was not entertained. Star Wars was always "cooler". But even by saying that I'm not all that hyped for more star wars.

Batman vs Superman and Captain America Civil War are really close for me. I give BvS the edge because of Batman being the GOAT and the novelty of him being on screen with superman for the first time ever. Also more of a DC guy.

1. BvS
2. CW
3. SS
4. Apocalypse

I thought the second one was boring, predictable and overall an empty by-the-numbers movie.

Nice guys
... of that list Star Wars is the only one I'd pay to see. The 2nd and 3rd Nolan Batman's and Burtons first are the only comic book movies that ever really appealed to me.... the stories are usually such garbage.
