That Star Wars nostalgia is strong as fukk because it has completely washed away the fact that Abrams shyt the bad monumentally with the last Star Trek movie. No one seems to be concerned at all that he might repeat some of the same Trek mistakes with Star Wars and it is kinda interesting considering if he was working on any other movie franchise I am sure the naysayers would be out in full effect. The same Abrams who has only one good movie under his belt?
I mean, I actually expect Star Wars to be good, but calling Abrams a stimulus package to movies is a joke to directors who can actually lift up movies to seemingly unattainable heights.
Anyway, the right answer is Mad Max: Fury Road, which might drop in two weeks but I'll guarantee will still be the best movie two to three years from now.
