When I think of introvert, "loud" is not a quality I would associate with them. However, I think a "hood rat" is more than just someone whom is loud, but that was the first thing that came to mind

Although I don't use the term myself, a "hoodrat" is someone who doesn't know much of the ways of the world outside of "hoodness" -
and isn't really trying to know.
