Here is my short list.
Receives a section 8 housing voucher for herself and her kids and then proceeds to move in some jail nikka that sells dope out the front door of the crib.
Turns on her house utilities in her children names. Then proceeds to let the utilities get turned off, because neither her nor the dope dealing jail nikka thinks that it is important to pay the utility bills.
Receives public assistance. Sells the public assistance for half its cash value so that she can buy weave for herself and some trivial bullshyt (usually rims) for the no good jail nikka that lives at her house. Later on this chick is confused as to why she can not feed her children and she usually gets mad at the kids for asking for food.
Tells her kids that she is going to kick their teachers asses. Then she goes down to the school and literally tries to kick said teachers asses.
Usually suffers from bipolar disorder, but never seeks help because mental health issues are not adequately addressed in hoodrat communities.
