Man, that's what's up. I want me a nice car but I like not having bills even better. That's why I hope to pay my car off next year and use that money to pay other bills. Now once my other bills are paid off, I'm gonna be riding in something proper.

man, if u ain't out there tryin to impress hoes and stunt, simply having a working reliable car is all that matters. fukk all those crazy car notes. I can use that bread for other shyt every month.

Yeah, I feel you. I don't plan on getting nothing else for a while. If I do anything I might get some rims and call it the day. Pay it off and keep it paid off for a while. I'll probably buy a motorcycle before I get another car. And if get another car, I'll have it set up where I'll pay it off with in 3 years anyway.

Reliable as fukk. 140K miles without any major problems.

I've been eyeing a 5-series BMW when I get my money right :obama: but I'm keeping my truck. Great to commute with.

:dwillhuh: so what happens when a car is totaled??

do u make payments or insurance pay it off or what?

damn

paid off...

Insurance will pay what it is worth at the time, that should pay it off or maybe get some money in your pocket

yep

insurance usually cuts a check to the financer for the value.

Yep.... my car was valued higher than my car note, so they cut a check to the lien holder which pays off your car note, and then you keep the remaining money.

The only catch is, in order for me to get a new car I must take out a new car note (loan) or have the bread to buy one up front. Good news is, it's like trading in for a new car without being upside down in your note.

4.9% Interest for 5 years so payment is $158 a month. Car cost $27,070 before tax. Put down $19,661.

I also as a penalty for financing a car deposit an additional $158 every month into a high interest savings account. I'll technically have enough to pay the car off in 2.5 years. Really less than that because that account had $1000 sitting in it before I bought the car so in 23 months I can wipe out the loan.

2020 Accord 2.0t Touring, $580, 6.4% interest. Keeping this MF for at least 10 years.

my credit was a 793 when they pulled it. 24k miles, CPO. got it a little over a year ago.

my future plan is a Lexus, but AFTER I buy a house/condo and pay off my student loans. This was a necessity purchase, my old altima lasted me 15 years.
