Floyd would be favored but if Spence one it wouldn't surprise me. How many Southpaw has Floyd faced? Zab made his glove touch the canvas, and won some of the early rounds. Corely rocked him. Manny was able to land a little but doesn't have Spence's reach or jab. Then on top of all that they were already in a ring together so he would have some familiarity there. The body punches would wear on Floyd and would look worse than the ones Castillo landed.

I always felt like Spence and Paul Williams would both give him trouble, don't know if I could pick either to win tough.

As far as Spence running out of gas in the Mickey fight, he threw over 1,000 punches lol. Facing Floyd there won't be that much of an output because of his movement. Floyd also went 12 with Marquez so Spence not stopping Mickey is not that.big of a deal, especially since his team was considering it after the 9th round.

Floyd 115-113, Spence can box and play the points game too, hes not just some dumb head hunter. I don't get how people think Floyd just washes Spence. Floyd would have to fight at 147, but come in around the same weight he fought Cotto at...156-158??. Not sure what he weighed when he came into the ring that night but that size is what he would need to beat Spence. The 147 Floyd that comes in 147-149 might not be enough to absorb that punishment

no one from floyd's camp will ever say floyd gets knocked out in sparring, knocked around, or anything negative...he may or may not have got ko'ed who knows but he like all pros im sure have had slip ups in sparring..ive never heard of any fighter not catching some work in sparring at some point lol..shyt most stanleys have a hard time believing spaddy worked floyd in sparring and that was recorded and shared

All those southpaws were some of his easiest fights he fought castillo with one arm the first fight he never was on floyd

Paul williams doesnt even fight tall he got a gift against lara too people just say he would be hard for floyd because he never fought him

Spence is a hard fight for anyone simply because he is good on top of being athletically gifted

I give floyd the edge because he makes multiplw adjustments in fights spence never had to do that yet doesn't mean je cant but floyd has the knack to neutralize what guys want to do and they get stuck looking at him
Also floyd and marquez are both small guts floyd not a real welter and he dropped marquez

Mikey survived because of his skill straight left to the body was the only punch he could hurt him with and spence couldnt reallt load up on his hooks because mikey wad waiting to counter
