I can’t watch that Saving Private Ryan scene when Mellish gets that slow knife stab between the ribs to the heart. To make matters worse the Nazi used Mellish own knife on him and made sure to look him dead in his eyes as he was 3 inches from his face

like you hear the knife glide past his ribs

That weak ass medic who was standing in the corner whimpering as Mellish gets killed

Honestly, most horror movie characters are just props to be killed anyway. I know people may not like it, but I like cabin on the woods for that very reason
