Plus I cook with them flavor packets when a recipe calls for chicken stock. Dump a pack in your rice when you're cooking it, folks will swear you're some kinda wizard.


Stuff like shrimp is only good for dumping in a broad's shampoo bottle.

I crack the egg and put it in once the pot is removed from heat, and flip the noodles over the egg to help it heat up. Wait a bit and lightly mix, so I get cooked egg chunks (kinda like scrambled but more "stringy") that's infused with the broth for taste.

Not sure how others do it, but that's how I do it and it is very delicious.
