Malik is showing me he's a really intelligent teacher, because he actually has Wilder drilling things he's never done consistently. Although this would be his first time as a head trainer, just listening to his interviews he's very knowledgeable and very good at psychology. Not sure how much that will help Wilder ultimately against a fighter as skilled as Fury, but I do believe Malik is an upgrade over anyone he's had in the past.

They've released like 30 videos of Wilder training. We gotta see what he looks like in the ring, but Wilder has NEVER looked like this in training. So if Malik is a "yes man", he hired a good one because Breland wasn't doing shyt with him.

I dont know if he would've been the greatest, but he would've been a lot better if he had a Stacey McKinley type to train him. Breland's voice was barely a whisper in the corner.
