Yes. I'm born and raised in NY. And I got fam all thru the south as well. All my grandparents from the south. Like I said. I come across more black people who hate yellow mustard than Mayo...Or it could just be a observation perpetuated by those that noticed majority of the black people around them don't like plain mayo on their food? You live in state (NY) where you observe black people using it regularly, I grew up in a state (Louisiana) where plain mayonnaise is hardly ever used so I would assume most black people don't use it or like it. It's like me assuming most black people eat chittlins and pig feet, it's just a silly generalization based on what I have grown up around in Louisiana. But I do see your point about the movie, I just don't think everyone was influenced by it, especially when I consider the release date of the movie.
You are also from New York? lol

Whatever form of Mayo it is. I know black people fukk wit Mayo. And not enough black people don't to have any sort of stereotype about it.You see, in Louisiana cajun and mayo don't go together, unless the mayo is spiced up.
mayo and regular yellow mustard are both gross as stand alone condiments, need to be hidden into a dish to be tolerable (like potato salad)shyt. I come across more black people who hate yellow mustard than Mayo.
Exactly. Most black people I know in rl love potato salad or macaroni salad. Only on the internet is eating mayonnaise seen as a white thing and black people hate it.It just proves nikkas is full of shyt on this site. Every black person I know puts Mayo on some form of sandwich. Not including all the fukkin fast food restaurants that put Mayo on the burgers or chicken sandwich automatically. Scream black people don't eat mayo whIle eating the mac sauce from Mcdonalds. Potato salad from yo grandma crib. Macaroni salad. Etc etc. I honestly believe that stupid stereotype came from Undercover Brother.
Mayo with your fries?Better than plain ketchup at least. Now that shyt is gross.
Still only like mayonnaise with fries though, and even then there are better options like BBQ sauce, mustard, sweet n sour, tomato relish and even brown sauce.
When you stop and think about it, we got the most stereotypes of all races
We dont do this (hiking/swimming)
We do that (play ball/dominos)
We eat this (chicken/hot sauce)
We dont eat that (mayo/hummus)
Only thing i dont do that is white people shyt is chase tornadoes and fukk immediate family members
I know, these dudes are crazy. lolMayo with your fries?![]()
Yeah, I know for sure it didn't originate from that film but I guess you could say that film sort of popularized the stereotype all around America. I doubt it though.Undercover Brother did not invent the "white people like mayo" stereotype.
We used to talk about that s**t in the early 90's.
