What is the worst run in raw history

A lot of people will point to but I just can't.. it was bad but the guest host shyt was way worse and really I would say from '08 to '12 is a terrible 4-year run with some good moments sprinkled in. The Cena/Punk feud being one of the outliers during a terrible stretch.

I didn't start enjoying RAW again until The Shield and the Wyatts and all these guys started debuting

Raw 03 was actually good. Even if you hate the HHH stuff, the undercard was stacked with talent and good storylines.

The Punk/Cena/Ace/etc run was bad, but 09-2010 was really bad outside of the Wrestlemania buildups

It's a good thing those Nitro main events were dire, too. You could watch the cruiserweights and the midcarders do serious work and then flip over before they dragged out Hogan and the NWO to see the WWF main event. It was the perfect night of wrestling.
