There’s nothing to do. These people care more about their own interests than that of their communities. Black people who care about black people have to either infiltrate these companies and come up with creative ways to create opportunities for black people or they have to create opportunities for themselves so that changes like these have less of an impact.

Anything else should just be due diligence to make sure bases have been covered or sleight of hand so they keep focusing on this stuff while the real work is being done out of view.
