I have both too and really like them. The Elite 2 is my favorite, because of the asymmetrical thumb stick positions. I really hate the left thumb stick position on the Dual Sense Edge. The Elite 2 is just more natural.

The asymmetrical is it for me. It's more natural. Sifu down up for example.
That said, i think they both offer such a varied experience that I can see the draw. But I had to spend an extra 60 just to make the Dse hit and I think I found the same experience with the extremerate. Largely because once I use short triggers I basically killed my favorite feature of the dualsense.
End of the day I'm.happy I own both.
