I remember we made some cheap ass belts out of cardboard, construction paper and regular/gold foil paper…and was really fukking each other up for these shyts 
we used the gold foil for the heavyweight shyt and the regular foil for the IC and tag team champs belts…granted there was only 4 of us fighting each other everyday for them shyts…at one point I had 3 belts lmaoooo

It's a clean title and the most recognizable of all their titles. It's more associated with WWE than any other iteration. The "company logo in diamonds slapped on an open strap" is actually highly visible and a big reason why it's their most recognizable iteration. It may not be your personal favorite but that doesn't mean it's a bad title or poorly designed. I rather like the minimal symmetrical design and wanted to show it a little love.

The old WWF (late 80s early 90s) tag belts were dope too, hadn't seen them mentioned yet. Those, the white strap IC, the Winged eagle, big gold, the OTHER WCW world title (international, maybe?) that Rick Rude had at one point, the belts of that era really were a lot nicer than anything since for the most part.
