The modern title is really underrated. The addition of side plates is really unappreciated.

As in the modern day main title? It’s their worst design yet and has been since the rock unveiled it 11 years ago. Just the company logo in diamonds slapped on an open strap of leather with the champion’s logo as the side plates. By far their laziest & most uninspired design of any belt ever. As hideous as the spinner was, at least it was an idea someone had even if its execution was poor. This is the equivalent of a business card and a blue or red leather strap or a plain gold background for the belt center plate doesn’t change that.


Best design is either the big gold belt or the undisputed title belt from 2002-05. Both have an instantly recognizable design that is timeless that looks right on pretty much anyone.

As in the 1998-2011 belt guys like rock, triple h, & half the attitude era roster had or the one Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, & HBK fought over that Austin tossed off a bridge in December 1997 after he won it?

That’s the hardest one for me to pick. The 1998-2011 design was by far my favorite belt design as a kid, but the one Austin tossed off the bridge is timeless and has everything you’d want in its design. I initially was pissed when Cody Rhodes got rid of the attitude era/ruthless aggression era belt, but the classic 80’s & 90’s design with the white leather strap . You could use either one for 20 years straight and nobody would complain about the belt design.

We’ve really had this awful design for the tag team title belts for 13 years now . Longer than this bland ass world title design and 5 years longer than the spinner lasted
