Out of those mentioned I'm going with Mission: Impossible. Bourne had a spark when it started now it's just garbage. 007 historically is more campy which I don't mind but when they tried to get in to the *herm serious* lane with Craig it has been inferior to both Bourne and MI to me.

Entertainment factor - Mission Impossible
Prestige - James Bond (I really admire the Daniel Craig movies for their entertainment factor as well)
Bourne - Lost me on the last 2 movies, but I still watch the first three anytime they come on. Still a good series.

Cruise would never allow it he's in his 3rd 4th decade as the character. No Tom Cruise property has ever gotten a reboot or spinoff without him in it.
