My opinion is that it is a disease born of lifestyle habits.
Similar to how sewer rats carry a number of pathogens based strictly on their habitat and behavior.

It's a man made virus used to control the growth of undesirables or those whom were considered threats to the white power structure...after it the virus discovered that diseased chimp the Amerikkkan government and it's European created a boom in the disease amongst the world black community by intentionally infecting unsuspecting blacks with diseased chimp organs under false pretensesof vaccination campagins.
If it was a lifestyle disease whites with ther many filthy habits of beastiality,incest,swining, and homosexuality,tc would be those most affected by it...But blacks whom are much more conservatve in our lifestyles especially those in Africa and the Carribean are disproportionately affected cause they were the most vulnerable to Western spies/terrorist intentionally affecting them with the virus.
