Cause I want to

:yeshrug:

you're a fukking clown, b....for real for real.

i spent a good amount of my life working in kitchens.
i have never seen anyone put food directly on the stove rack.
i have never considered doing that with anything other than bread for a quick toasting.

but you are up in here talking about raw chicken breasts?
talking about you clean it afterwards?

i guarantee that you have chunks of raw meat stuck to your stove racks.
blood and fat leaking down...drying out and burning into your stove....:ohlawd:

you could be using a seasoned cast iron to get the grill marks, breh.
then put the cast iron with the chicken into the oven to finish off the cooking.

let your meat marinate for a day before you cook it.
poke it with a fork and then cover it in lemon juice or whatever marinade you fancy.

it's so easy and so delicious.

Nope....a simple pan catches that shyt pretty easily. Lowered rack placement puts it at a perfect height where the drip is caught. That and using some foil underneath its not messy and a pretty easy cleanup but I don't let it sit which probably helps.

This pic is not mine but on the occasional times I do it, my setup is pretty similar.

i have been out of the kitchen ever since when i was i guess 26 when i was making jello and the pan caught fire
only 4 years afterwards i found out that jello doesn't even go on the stove

even dishes man, i go up to the sink and just stare at dishes and don't know what to do.
every girl i ever dated always came over to wash the dishes
i never dated a girl that didn't come over maybe twice a week to clean up.

i grew up with older sisters, i never did shyt
plus i was always too busy to be in the kitchen, either at the gym or at the arcade.
