Your co-worker is attracted to Thug ass dudes because they appear to be the least insecure of the men she dates...


I'm pretty sure that your co-worker is at fault somewhat.. most these women have shallow expectations that they walk into a relationship with.. Or she has a preference and won't give certain men the time of day until she gets older. It happened to my Aunt


But for the most part, insecure dudes don't want to date her because she's a successful, independent black woman. While some "thugs" don't care... they will probably even use her to get/do certain things




Tell her to find a semi-successful or equally successful black dude that likes her for her and that isn't bytch-made about the amount of money she makes. I think it's hard for black professional woman to find a man because if a man is more successful than her, he probably won't date her because he has other options or is to insecure to date someone with close earning potential as him... and then there are the dudes who earn less who feel insecure because they think of her as the breadwinner, so they steer away from the relationship. Then there are the thugs that see her as a easy come-up and smash but have no intentions of settling down or becoming a functional being in society....


So long story short, your co-worker needs a nikka like me . Someone who dates older women, don't have a problem blowing backs out, and make my own money LEGALLY so I don't give a fukk about hers

this and women love aggressive men. "bad boys" usually dont give a fukk and get at these broads. ive seen too many lames on here talmout "its not fair men have to approach women" or "i let women approach me". "bad boys" cut str8 to the chase and goes after what they want. "nice guys" are the ones that end up in the friendzone becuz they werent aggressive enough. plain & simple women want a man that makes them feel like a little girl. they want a man that leads them. a man they can look up to and feel protected by. "bad boys" offer those traits and most "nice guys" dont.

You right, but when that shyt leads to out of wedlock births, broken homes, generational poverty, and ignorance, how can you defend that shyt? I go after the non-extroverted chicks out there. You can keep the ratchet chicks that take off them clothes and club hop every weekend.

Family of NDG murder victim calls suspect ‘abusive and controlling’


DOLLARD-DES-ORMEAUX - George Thomas spent Wednesday remembering the good times.

The cards, the poems and the photos given to him by his granddaughter Sherri Thomas.

But at one point, he had to stop. It was too much.

“It’s a deep hurt to see how her life was snapped out just like that,” the victim’s grandfather George Thomas told Global News.

“Who could imagine me burying my granddaughter.”

The 19-year-old woman was killed Tuesday morning inside an apartment on Grand Boulevard in the Notre-Dame-de-Grace borough.

Police said Sherri Thomas died after receiving repeated blows to the head from her boyfriend, 23-year-old Michael Gero.

Global News has learned a gun may have also been used in the attack.

In court Wednesday afternoon, Gero was arraigned on a count of second-degree murder.

He remains detained until his next court appearance March 5th.

“She was transported to hospital where she was pronounced dead at the hospital,” said Montreal police spokesperson. Jean-Pierre Brabant.

“It appears to be a case of domestic violence.”

The victim’s grandfather said the couple’s relationship was tumultuous.

George Thomas described Michael Gero as abusive and very controlling.

“For my 80th birthday she was invited to come over and she didn’t come,” Thomas said.

“I imagine this guy had that much power over her, that she didn’t come.”

Michael Gero was well known to Montreal police.

Since 2010, he has been arrested seven times for various crimes , including the attempted murder of a Lachine delivery man in May 2011.

The victim’s family hopes Gero receives a tough sentence for the alleged murder.

“I hope justice is served, we have a feeling of emptiness,” Thomas said, choking back tears.

The murder was the 27 th in Montreal this year

All women like bad boys when they are young its just that black women are late to the party. They wait until they have a couple of kids or hit their 30s before they wise up. Other races are trying to get locked down by their mid 20s and are not bringing in as much baggage as black women. Black women have a harder time understanding that their prime is their best time to get a man. I see this all too often.

I was at cocktail party at an upscale bar thrown by a couple of my friends who are are black professionals. In a sea of black male professionals most black women were giving us a bad attitude and they were almost in competition mode as far trying to be on some independent, I'm better than you because I work at X, Y, Z company. I wasn't fazed though....a couple of weeks later I scooped up a half-Egyptian/half-Puerto Rican chic that co-operates and knows how to treat a man
