Please educate me on this gals especially. I recently had a discussion with a co-worker, who was upset at the lack of good men out there. She's African-American, 37. relatively attractive, has a great career, but constantly laments her lack of ability to find a good man. A few weeks ago, she was describing to me her woes with finding men, and honestly, i couldn't really give her a good answer on how to find a man.
But she did admit to me that she had a thing for thugs as a girl, and tended to date bad boys. In her later years she had considerably expanded her dating pool, but she always complains about guys wanting nothing but sex and being terrified of commitment.
She's tried the local churches, and all the usual online dating sites but to no avail.
I've unfortunately numerous black female friends in the same predicament. That is, they're looking to settle down in their mid to late thirties, but unwilling to find a mate (preferably African American) seeking a similar goal.
She's asking me for advice and i figured i'd bounce it off ya'll. What kind of advice should i give her to help her attract a mate?
