This was mad but they left something MAJOR unanswered...

Who was the other pair of hands in the video :dwillhuh:
Reddit...smh...all seem to think it was the snake owner’s hands, which makes sense, but I do think they should have clarified that. It might not be a chargeable offense to feed a cat to a snake, I mean you feed them rats or rabbits, so no reason to look into the “accomplice”

Yea, I just finished ep 2 and has to ask myself if them chasing him escalated it. Probably not tho, he would’ve kept going until someone paid attention

how big was this story when it happened? I totally missed this story

edit: and his mom is a loon, she dismissed the whole cat video thing like that's normal

I live in Montreal so I remember when they found that Chinese student

Yeah but they say he's just a character he created in his head :patrice:

There probably is an explanation to it but if the documentary brings it up, they should at least try to explain it...
They did explain it. He was a character in Basic Instinct. The hands were one of his escort clients. He made sure to put them in the movie so his Manny story held weight.

For some people, it’s the helplessness factor. Like if he did this to a 5 yr old, “the outrage” would be even larger. I personally think they came across disgusted at him murdering a person, but of course what started their obsession was the cats, which makes sense, as most people would never be exposed to a video taped real murder like they could the abuse of animals.

edit: in the no life comment someone made, it’s no different than if some folks took their time posting here and used those hours for detective work. And one chick said she fell into this while depressed, I was depressed earlier this year and know the more you can sink into something not about you, the more you avoid the terrible feelings. That said, they did this for two years

Was the guy depressed too? Because when they said they "walked" the streets of Montreal based off of a picture, I was like :dahell: this is too much. You know how annoying it is "walk" the streets on street view on google maps? Especially in a big city like Montreal? To prove what exactly, that the picture was definitely taken in Montreal?

My question is how did he get on a plane to Paris. I mean his picture was on the news, so someone should have been able to recognize him. Even the lady detective was like he is wearing a mickey mouse shirt etc, so why didn't someone stop him from boarding the plane?

Lived in Montreal when they were looking for Magnotta, apparently he left some body parts in a box at the metro 5 min from my door. Same neighborhood Karla Homolka moves to when she got out of jail (Paul bernardo’s gf) my friend was hollering at her asking if she like that murderer dikk

Everything he did was based off of Basic Instinct breh. His mannerisms, the attorney he picked, the way he killed the guy, smoking etc.

Exactly, which is why I said what I said about your quote. :comeon:

What makes my comment comparing EMOTION from people to animals not make sense? People get emotional over materialistic objects. How does that differ from animals? Just because you can't comprehend psychological things doesn't make it senseless. :russell:
