It’s not a race thing. Even though I don’t wish Ill or bad things to happen to my fellow humans, I have more emotion attached to animals, even some insects. A lot of people are like this.

Maybe because bad shyt happens every day to people, and it’s put out there 24/7, when a story comes out about tortured animals it has more of an effect since it’s not a major part of the news. And if you’re an animal lover it hits more.
