Still neither is El Paso or Harlingen and likely never will be. 38% of metro Houston is Hispanic. 82% of metro El Paso is Hispanic. Houston Mexican immigrant population actually declined in the 2010s according to census estimates. Houston isn't Memphis or Atlanta but it isn't El Paso or even San Antonio either.

Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, and Maryland are the only states that have a Black percentage over 30%.
But that's how it begins. A conversation. And then a conversation becomes a meeting, so forth and so on. The Berlin Conference started as a conversation. Did all of Europe need to be on board with this? No. And Europeans took over an entire CONTINENT of people. And we can't consolidate power to one measly state?

People keep forgetting Israel keeps getting attacked by Palestinians and has to depend on a bloated US Military budget, just to keep them functionable.
Imagine not taking down white supremacy first, and build a separate land on American soil, governed and self-armed entirely by black men ON CODE.....they would be bombed like its no tomorrow by CACs. Israel only existed because they had to take down the Nazis first.

This reminds me of some comedian dude i saw on youtube saying all African Americans should have moved to New Orleans after Katrina displaced all the residents. Folks have a piss poor understanding of the shear number of African Americans in this country if they are relegating damn near 50 million people to one city or state.
The whole "only %12 of the population" line confuses folks. There are enough African Americans and economic activity to cover something like +/-5 states. We are a larger population than Australia, Canada, the entire Caribbean, all of central America, etc. ....hell there are multiple U.S. states with less than a million people in them.
