WTF? Feelings? Are you stupid or something? Your ability to glean shyt I'm not saying out of my posts is magnificent I'll give you that. But glad to see you have no response to the actual logic and reasoning I presented.Keep typing to me you feelings like you want me to hug you and say I agree with you. Does this work for you
I love you babe. You are so right and I'll cook you dinner just the way you like.
Insecure fakkit.
Yes I listened to the whole clip. My response has everything to do with what Herm said. Herm thinks Demarco Murray and Shady McCoy should shut up about their roles in their offenses and be team players. That's all well and good, and in the spirit of the idea of team sports, I agree. But Herm is ignoring the fact that if a guy is underutilized, under this CBA which isn't favorable to the players, they could easily be cut or low-balled in their next contract as a direct result of this mismanagement. HOWEVER, if players contracts were guaranteed, an underutilized star player would have a greater incentive to be okay with taking a backseat to team success because their own livelihood wouldn't be at risk. They'd still be getting their money for the life of that contract in that scenario. And in future contract negotiations, they wouldn't have to explain away a reduced role, but rather could explain it as just being a team player and respecting the coaches' decisions. But in the cutthroat salary cap free agency era, it's harder to argue that a reduced role or a benching isn't due to poor performance (of course as an organization the incentive is to get production out of your highest paid players) so it can affect their future money. So yeah, what I said has everything to do with what Herm said. And if you think that isn't the #1 thing on players' minds when they're upset with their number of touches or whatever, then you're just flat out wrong. Catch upDid you listen to the whole clip? Because that really has nothing to do with what Herm said
I was just about to type this.Good grief, Herm is corny and stupid as fukk.
Thank You for providing context. I didn't know what he was yelling about for me to call what he was doing c00ning...Dude fukkin' snapped. I was doing work on a patient and all I could hear was this nikka yellin', talkin' about he was about to walk off the set and shyt. I looked up like
He was talking about how he's tired of hearing about Murray bytchin to the owner about not getting touches and he said he thought McCoy was "unprofessional" talking about Chip Kelly.
Dude was all the way outta there for that one.
