yea, i'm notorious for fluctuating...it is what it is at this point. luckily i know how to get back down, but i gotta stop letting life knock me off balance so hard...but this year has been rough :(
Lol that scale be hurting ppl soul. I don’t get too caught up and put down on the numbers . My weight fluctuates too. I get a weekly report with a graph and that shyt looks more chaotic than the stock market. I go by the eye test. With my knowledge of nutrition, fitness and, my own body, as long as my body looks good to my eye and mind, I’m good.

nah, i'm talking real fluctuations, like a whole new size lol. i'm good for gaining and dropping the same 30 pounds every 2-3 years :cantblife:

Ive now cut out all proccess foods (particulary meat) and junk shyt.

My whole diet is based off of lean red meat, white meats, veggies, fruits and healthy carbs.

Been going on 4 days now and i honestly havent craved any junk food yet


Not doing this for weight reasons but for health reasons. Im getting to that age where i gotta watch what i eat

i never diet i just burn off more than is put on.

first 6 months of the year i was inhabilitation so going to the gym facilities heavy since i left its been 100 push ips a day, now its just 50 every day i do it before i brush my teeth like daily unforgetable routine. knuckle push ups, and im starting 50 squats each day too.

i was going to ask is there any other quick heavy mass work out i could add to my work out its now push ups and squats. i walk alot so cardio is good and im active.

i eat good not junk like biscuits and sweets, but i do eat meats and chicken and savoury snacks. im a good weight and my physique is very tonned.
