I need to cut fast food & junk food from my diet b/c my skin is suffering from eczema. Also, probably eating after 6 pm but that more than likely won't happen.

Aint nothing wrong with eating after 6.



I bushed all the broscience crap. Like the line i quoted above, eating several small meals through out the day, not eating carbs, ect.

Nighas make dieting harder then it should be. Calories and macros is all that matters and even the macro part should only be focused on proteins mainly.

Dinner?:usure: Unless you doing some type of agressive intermittent fast.... then again I can’t talk because I don’t really do breakfast and they call that the most important meal of the day

Yea I do IF:pachaha: I eat breakfast and lunch and that’s it. I realized that eating after a certain time (like 5p) my stomach would be sour the next day or hurt. So once I cut that out I started to feel a lot better.

Some people can’t go without dinner. I can’t go without breakfast. I think it all evens itself out especially if you’re not eating all day.

Lost weight too:whew:

I’ve been maintaining for months now tho. My window is 8a-2p.

I've cut down on fizzy pop - I only have one can of coke a day. I mainly drink sparkling water.
I've cut down on fruit smoothies - 1 every 2 days
Control my portion sizes for breakfast and dinner.
I only have take out food once a week.
Cut down on bread.
Hardly fry any food.

Leg extensions and upright rows.. heard they are bad for the knees and shoulders.
