I’m going revisit the album……

I remember it getting damn near universal acclaim when it came out, checking it out, and not really loving it…

funny case, full projects with 2 legendary producers in Exile and ALC, and i'd call him a good writer...but i rarely would go back to his music

Choosey, Ex's new(er) artist is much doper to me. better voice/flow/overall vibe

TBH I felt part of the fallout from that group of LA rappers was BLU falling off into his mental shyt. After that TDE just took that lane over and it was a wrap.

The entire Dirty Science crew/label were ahead of their time. If they had come a bit later they could have ridden the blog era wave a lot better. Blu, Fashawn, Johaz...they even had Aloe Blacc but has had success.
