remember seeing him with Blu at a show a few years back right after Below the Heavens dropped. Honestly, he ripped the show better than Blu.
Would love to see them both on a project together....real talented cats.

I figured out of the 2 that at least one would blow up into a pretty big underground star. Sadly, I was wrong. Both have real dedicated cult followings, but neither so far has gotten as big as I hoped they would. They're both super talented.

Randomly bumped The Ecology:fire: last week and wonder why Fash fell off radar after a great album with Nas co-sign:ohhh::lupe:
being an artist is a grind man, people really sleep on how much of a grind.

Fash announced he quit rap again for maybe the second time. If more rappers were honest fans would be mindblown but most rappers are not making middle income earnings. music is not a lucrative job spare for the few at the top and you don't have the big industry system anymore to give artists an income when they aren't earning. show money depends on demand... a lot of people have had to diversify income streams or bow out.

Seems like he tried to catch the stoner popularity wave but failed miserably. Fashawn's the type of rapper that needs to slowly build a fanbase and grow in popularity through word of mouth. Boy Meets World was excellent. He's still young, hopefully he gets it together and stops trying to appeal to the masses in exchange for watered down music.
Should have followed Curren$y and find you a little group of fan that will come out and support when you hit they city

He forgot so many lyrics but when he was ON? shyt was CRAZY!
Such a solid talent that didn't have the backing he needed.

Never got the appeal for real.

He was marketed as a kinda lyrical west coast rapper but he really just wasn’t that good imo.
