I don't fukk with any supplements or Vitamins. Too many are actually unhealthy if u have any other conditions going on. Doctors should know about them. I was taking this weightlifting supplement years ago from GNC, shyt had me willing. next thing I know I was doing coke and having sex in parks.
I'm taking a natural, non-synthetic vitamin from GNC since I eat terrible an smoke cigarettes, but it's only temporary. Bout to join a gym and eat more greens. Don't care for lifting anymroe, but I need cardio and it has a pool. There's few great gyms in nyc in my opinion that are affordable. Bay Plaza just opened up a nice one with a pool.
I drink Braggs apple cider vinegar with my water as soon as I wake up and a cup before I go to bed. I brush my teeth with activated charcoal and I also mix and drink it every few weeks for digestion. I just started doing them both and will see the results after 6 months.
I`m in the Gym 6 days a week, but my diet is . I look like a D1 Defensive End right now
