It’s ironic because Kill Bill might be his weakest movie other than Death Proof
It's lost some luster that's for sure. I watched it couple months back just being bored in lock down and it's still entertaining for the most part but the climax fight with the excessive blood spray just looks too fake and cartoonish. I am sure he was going for that but it hasn't aged well.

The movie with the least Tarantino-isms might be his strongest movie.
Jackie Brown has aged like wine :wow:

Scorsese - shutter island


I’m Stan Stan and this movie was so damn underwhelming.

Just predictable and blah. And doesn’t belong in general in his category of films

Shutter Island is more of a Scorsese movie than Hugo


For sure. I liked Hugo though.

I dunno i was expecting a masterpiece


Got the masterpiece I expected later though
