I think that we might actually get a spiritual successor to Bamboozled.

This movie shyts on Bamboozled. The major problem with Bamboozled is the movie was about the commentary around black people in Hollywood. That’s why the ending was so bad.

This movie has that going through it—along with who gets to tell black lower and underclass stories—but it’s really about an emotionally broken black family trying to mend.

Its not like Bamboozled at all, although I came in thinking that too.
