So I’ve looked up meal plans online and they all say the same thing. Chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, etc.
Very bland and very boring food for me, but it seems to be the staple of losing weight.
Thing is, this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and realistically I can’t eat like this for even a week straight.
