What do you usually eat on a cut?

So I’ve looked up meal plans online and they all say the same thing. Chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, etc.

Very bland and very boring food for me, but it seems to be the staple of losing weight.

Thing is, this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and realistically I can’t eat like this for even a week straight.

Was just wondering what y’all usually eat on a cut?

Because the meal is boring. I didn't want to eat that shyt but I can't eat the shyt I really want to eat and have the body I want. All about sacrifice so fukk what my tastebuds want.

Homemade salads with plenty of veggies and avocados.

I put it in seaweed wraps like these

They have less than 10 calories and less than a gram of carbs.

Honestly it's a mentality change.

It's the only way I don't get bored with it.

I view food as fuel not a source of pleasure.

Lol yeah going to have to make some sacrifices then.

Interesting that’s it’s the preparation of the food more than the actual foods.
Yeah that’s true lol.

Like if I’m making chicken I want a lot of sauce, not a little bit. I liked fried foods, not grilled lol.

You know what I mean though, plain old chicken breast, steak, rice, potatoes.

shyt gets so boring quick.

Gotta be able to eat bullshyt in order to eat good shyt. I know it's hard to look forward to grilled or baked protein and veggies but if it was easy everyone would be in great shape....gotta sacrifice.
Is that difficult to not fried foods tho? Like are people really eating fried protein 2-3 times a day?

To me it's not but some people love fried chicken. I love fried fish but don't have it often. Folk like Pork Chops and all the bullshyt like cube steak etc....plus you gotta give up sweets which is most peoples weakness.

Yeah I fill like fried food and liquid calories are the biggest things you almost can’t reasonably work around.
