depends. If it's someone I know then I'd ask them why they would tell me that and clown him for some dumb shyt he's done in the past.
If it's someone that doesn't know me and tells me that how else is it supposed to be interpreted but as disrespect. I'd ask him if he has something else he wants to say or something he wants to go handle otherwise keep it movin.

I have always wondered what to do in this situation. Here are the responses I've been given as suggestions in this kind of situation:
- Tell him that you're here now and he's in the past for a reason.
- Say, "That's funny, I don't think she noticed."
- Say, "Yeah, we have a good laugh when she talks about it."
- Play it off like it's absolutely no big deal whatsoever and look at him like an idiot for pointing it out.
- Sock him in the face immediately before he can mentally prepare himself.
- fukk HIM in the ass to establish dominance.
- Cry.
That's all I've been given. Any other thoughts?

Any nygga that steps to the next cat to tell him some shyyt like that is doin it on some disrespectful/rubbin it in your face type shhyt. And I would sternly check that nygga. But big picture I would have no issue with ol boy. I have met a few of my chicks ex's and it was all good. No animosity from me or them (that I could tell) nyggaz kept it playa and kept it G. What could a chicks ex say to me about what he was doin with her, that I ain't already doin. 2 nyggaz fightin over a byytch is some of the dumbest shhyt ever. And so many nyggaz lose their lives everyday all behind a byytch.. 1 nygga goes 2 jail for life and 1 dude is dead and the byytch is out fuccin the next cat after its all said & done.

Bruh, did u read my post? I clearly stated that, dude who aproaches another man like that should be checked. It depends how he approached the guy tho. If he was on some disprectful shytt then yeah its time to knuckle up, but if dude is just casually tellin me what's up and its no problem
