I got few indie games on sale, they’re good but better for short bursts. I want something bigger to get immersed in or just lots of fun.

The games to get immersed would be:
  • Breath of the Wild
  • Links Awakening
  • Mario Odyssey
  • Bayonetta 1+ 2
  • Fire Emblem Three Houses
  • Xenoblade 1+2+3
  • Astral Chain
  • Dragon Quest 11
  • Ys Viii
The last two aren’t sequels but this is the basic list for immersive games. Tho there is prob some missing. Dread is obviously a must own but it’s on the short side for each route.

Just do small research into the above games to see what you like.

Something cheaper. $35 at most

Xenoblade 3 is absolute piff. Anyone into JRPGs not playing this is 100% missing out right now
What if the last turn base rpg I enjoyed a lot was ffx. Last rpg I got burnt by was ffxv (not saying it’s bad but I didn’t find it fun).

I’m kinda wary of jrpgs now

Hmm its not really turn based…its kind of like FF7R where you auto fight and choose certain commands to do combos

Idk how old u are but if ur into retro gaming. It seems like alot of those 16 bit collections tend to be on there more often than not. Also if ur into retro gaming they got the new, snes, and n64 services

I played some nes and snes games but eventually they feel repetitive. More fun playing co op

Would be better than MH 2 Stories or/and Triangle Strategy?

I only played the demo of MHS2 so I can’t really comment on it. It feels more ‘traditional’ turn based though

Triangle Strategy is like final fantastic tactics, its a turn-based strategy rpg. Its like 70% visual novel, 30% gameplay so if you’re not trying to sit through very long cutscenes/dialogue you probably might want to wait on it.

Both games have demo’s on the e shop, its worth trying them out first.
