The United States government is using Israel to take over northeast Africa and West Asia.
Why? The shipping routes.
In Saudi Arabia and Iraq they'll get access to oil. If they take over enough of turkey and Syria they will have access to the Mediterranean sea. If they take Iraq and Saudi Arabia they get the red sea and if they expand into Sudan and Ethiopia they'll have access to the Nile river which will be a massive supply of usable water and renewable power(they can build a massive dam). The land that they'll take over can be used for high priced real estate for American and European millionaires and billionaires. Right now by expelling whomever they don't kill in Gaza, they can claim that terrorists are hiding within the refugees. That gives them Carte blanch to then go into the surrounding areas they forced the Palestinians into in order to "secure the area and fight terrorists". It's a mix of American settler colonialism and the war on terror. They'll go in, kill everyone then take over the land.
The only problem is, they'll have to fight several insurgencies and it depends on America making enough money to keep sending munitions. It also depends on Israel choosing to stay loyal to America instead of telling them to kick rocks and partnering up with China and the EU to sell oil, real estate, and access to the shipping routes. If they piss off an increasingly right wing and unstable American government, then they may end up getting attacked and the government will claim that they're doing this because of the Arabs being killed in these lands(
In reality they don't actually give a fukk but don't want to look like an aggressor)

I don't have proof but I can pretty confidently guarantee Brook still owns the site.
Due to nothing changing. Nobody in their right mind would pay (what I assume is) tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to NOT utilize the site. Brook on the other hand hasn't done much since cook left. The Coli could be 10x more than what it currently is if:
1. We'd open registration.
2. Get new mods.
3. Update the site to the current version of the software.
A couple posters have actually offered to help update the site, but nobody can get in contact with Brook. Which is another reason he probably still owns it. No new owner is going to turn down free help.
