If you have a ceiling fan, now is the time of year to switch its direction and get the air moving downwards towards the floor instead of upwards towards the ceiling. If you don't have a ceiling fan, get one.
Weighted blankets are great.
Get some microfiber sheets and a good pillow(case) if you don't already have one.
Maybe it's time for a new mattress? If yours has a significant dip in it, it's time to throw it out.
