It's not actually a fee, think of it like a place holder until they charge you for the full amount. When you check your statement it should reflect the amount you spent.

Gas, cuz it inevitably leads me to hunting down the name brand station (fukk off brand gas) with the cheapest prices which makes me waste time and more gas
