Some strong people go to my gym.meaning basically you never rarely, if ever, see anybody go past it
Imma say and i got to a LA Fitness in downtown miami
Bench - 205
Squat - 275
Deadlift (rarely see anybody do this) - 365
Incline Bench - 185
Bench - 315
Deadlift - 495+
Squat - 405+
I got 335 lbs. dead lift for one rep. That was two years ago though. I didn't go beyond. I felt like I was going to break my back.
