I got to a small box gym and it’s mostly women and middle age guys (including me)in the early AM. So the numbers are even lower than what you have.

Most of the day old dudes bench 275-365 for half reps.

Two or three people in my gym squat up to four plates legit.

I'm the only person I've seen go over 5 plates on DL in my gym.

None of this is an issue if you go to a Gold's Gym, you'll soon feel like the weakest person there, which is a great motivator.

In casual gyms you'll the leg press is going to be the most weight you can put on anything.

Then again, the casual lifter here isn't competing to be Mr. Olympia.
Gold's Gym I lift at usually consists of casuals. Tho I usually go early in the morning before work. Lately its been later in the evening and you do see an increase in weight, but still a lot of casuals.

Numbers are pretty much what most of yall already posted...

Bench: 315
Squat: 365
DL: 455

I honestly don't pay much attention cuz I be in my zone most of the time lol. Tho I have gotten stares at the weight I been pushing :youngsabo:. I mostly been repping lately, not a lot of trying my max.

You got some weak mofo's in your gym....

Bench-405: I saw it regularly when I went to a gym in encino(rich people who work out are on all type of steroids :picard: )
Squat: 4 plates, once in a while I see someone hit 3 plates like me, but rarely over 4....
Deadlift: 5 plates
Incline bench= never pay attention I dont do them

But in general I rarely see peeps do pull-ups, dips and push-ups....

Funny thing is mofo's cant wait to do bicep curls in the power rack :russ::stopitslime:
If people most only knew the cheat code to getting big arms. Oh well can't help every one :yeshrug:
