Essentially she's doing/trying to set up the same fence that Colbert and Stewart have set up. They have opinions 100% of the time, but when questioned, step back and say "we're comedians."

She's trying to set up the same curtains for journalist as well. But it won't work because there is too much credibility in her part of the game. She argues from a space of facts and technicalities. So ppl want to see if she can follow the rationale that she judges others on.

Like most left wingers, Maddow lives in a bubble where she rarely, if ever, has her beliefs challenged. When she does encounter opposing viewpoints, she gets exposed as an misinformed hack. It is hilarious how left wingers act like she is some kind of brilliant thinker.

Maddow needs to stick to her own show where everything is scripted and every guest mindlessly nods along to everything she says.
