Get a good shampoo and conditioner. Wash at least twice a week.

So when you work out, what do you do? Do you just give it a simple rinse, no Shampoo?

Co-wash (conditioner wash). So I rinse, add conditioner, comb through hair and rinse out. I also swear by Shea Moisture’s low porosity, leave in detangler.

Stress and sleep will worsen hair quality, as will a weak diet.

Make sure you're taking biotin if you don't think you're getting adequate nutrition from your meals.

I moisturize my hair everyday: olive oil lotion is cool, brushing and wearing a durag at night, and washing and moisturizing every 3-4 days :yeshrug:
I have coarse, tightly-coiled hair so I have to keep up maintenance or it'll start to look crazy

I've been using topical Minoxidil for the past 5 months.
The difference is life changing.

If I had known about this shyt, I would have started when I was 27.

Hairline looking better today than it was 5 years ago


And for context, I only use 0.3mL a day versus the 1mL directed use (to avoid side effects)

So I could probably have even better results if I wanted to.

I add Jamaican Black Castor oil to my conditioner and leave in conditioner to keep my hair thick and long.
