If your hair is thinning, just cut it low. But you may just have to end up going bald if it continues to thin. Happens to the best of us :francis:Them hair products probably can’t save you. I don’t know though, I ain’t a hairologist.

Co-wash every single day (in the AM)

-before I go out I put lots of coconut oil and eco styler gel

Clarify shampoo/and deep condition/and oil scalp every week

Bentonite clay it once a month

i used to have a lot of hair but i willingly cut iit bald. now that i have been letting it grow it’s looking thin :mjcry:

Conditioner is “worth it” more than shampoo, imo because washing can dry out hair and strip it of moisture. I shampoo about once a week, otherwise conditioner.

I slept with conditioner in my hair over night with a plastic cap and a scarf. Rinsed it out in the shower.

So when you work out, what do you do? Do you just give it a simple rinse, no Shampoo?
